Austin is a residential and multi-family real estate agent with a background in origination. He started his career in real estate in mortgage and brings his experience as a Loan Officer into how he handles his transactions. His experience on both sides of the lender/agent relationship have sparked a passion for creating a more effective way for the classic partnership to communicate.
Chessa Hedges began her time in the real estate industry over 8 years ago. She started in the industry shortly after graduating Summa Cum Laude from the University of California San Diego with a B.S. in Mathematics and Economics. Since 2014, she has immersed herself in residential brokerage as the Director of Operations for KALEO Real Estate Company, where she experiences the daily trials and tribulations of REALTORS. Chessa is also a member of the Citrus College Real Estate Advisory Committee, and is involved in the state and local REALTOR associations.

By fostering close relationships with real-estate agents, loan officers, and home buyers, Scott has built a successful mortgage & coaching career via his daily lead generation practice. Scott’s knowledge on the areas of marketing, management, mortgage lending, and leadership have come through formal education, professional licensing, on-the-job training, and customer interaction. Scott has coached hundreds of loan officers who have followed his helpful advice and found their own pathways to success through focused lead generation.
I am a mortgage loan officer that specializes in VA loans, but help all families in obtaining financing for their dream home. I worked as an intelligence analyst in the army for six years and carried over that attention to detail from intelligence to my work as a loan officer. I make sure when I tell a family they are ready to purchase a home, they are. My attention to detail carries over into organization with lead management and follow up, so much so that many realtors have complimented me as being the best at following up with their leads. One agent said when they send me a lead they know it will eventually "hatch" into a deal, and the name was born.
